I am a bilingual (English & Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 25 years of clinical experience working with individuals, couples and families. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, psychosis, and loss and grief.
I hold a Masters degree in Clinical and Family Psychology and a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D) and have extensive experience applying multidisciplinary treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Gestalt Therapy (TG), Motivational Interviewing, Structural and Strategic Family Therapy, Cerebral Integration Technique (TIC), and Brain Gym, among others.
