Child, Teen, and Family Therapy
Child, Teen, and Family Assessments
All clients are assessed for proper intervention strategies at the beginning of treatment. Assessments will help to determine your specific needs and the most appropriate and effective treatment. We take several factors into consideration, including history of abuse, cooperation with treatment, mental health issues, support options,
and practical issues.
Our therapists specialize in working with individuals of all ages,
as well the family unit. We aim to help family members
improve communication and resolve conflicts.
Individual Therapy
Our therapists work with clients in order to affect positive change in their individual and relational behaviors. Together, we explore thoughts, feelings, habits, and experiences so they can gain a better understanding of themselves and develop strategies for change.
Family Therapy
In family therapy, we help clients engage with their families so that the family may better cope with issues their loved ones are experiencing. The goal of therapy is to help family members identify how specific behaviors affect others, learn new ways of relating to each other, resolve conflicts, and open lines of communication between all family members.
