I have worked in diverse settings with adolescents, young adults, and adults, helping clients navigate challenges related to substance abuse, depression, stress, work–life balance, anxiety, relationships, and self-esteem.
Licensed in both Virginia and Washington, D.C., I provide counseling to clients across these regions. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and client-centered—recognizing that each person is the guide of their own journey. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)- and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-based strategies, integrating evidence-based skills with wellness practices such as physical exercise to promote mental well-being.
