I’m a trauma and addictions therapist specializing in grief, military sexual trauma, and gambling/trading behaviors, offering a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where real change happens. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused techniques to help you break free from patterns that keep you stuck. As a STAR provider, I’m especially passionate about serving military members and veterans, while also advocating for women’s health through decades of work in the endometriosis space. I earned my degrees (Summa Cum Laude) from Southern New Hampshire University and am currently pursuing my Ph.D. at Regent University.

Additional areas of focus: I am also passionate about creating resources for women with endometriosis. I have been a crisis counselor in this field for over 30 years and cofounded Virginia Hope (.org). I presented at the World Endometriosis Conference for the Endometriosis Association founder and the inaugural Worldwide Endo March in D.C. I have spoken to congressional members as well as the governor about improving care and reducing diagnostic delays for women of all ages.
Education: I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester in 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master's of Arts degree in 2024 in Mental Health Counseling. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Regent University in Virginia.
