I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 plus years experience working in mental health and substance use in an array of sectors from schools to community based. I earned a BA in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Norfolk State University.
I have experience counseling individuals dealing with substance use, depression, life stressors, anxiety, trauma, grief, and other areas. My treatment modalities include CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. I am committed to my community through church initiatives and nonprofit efforts. My unwavering humility and the love I have for people are my greatest attributes. My goal is to ensure that individuals are living the best version of themselves as possible.
