VIRTUAL ONLY

Life can look fine from the outside while feeling overwhelming on the inside. You may be the person everyone depends on, the one who keeps everything running, yet find yourself feeling anxious, burned out, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of what comes next.
I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, caregiving responsibilities, motherhood, and major life transitions. Whether you're adjusting to a new role, experiencing changes in relationships, struggling with boundaries, or feeling stretched thin by the demands of everyday life, therapy can provide a space to reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and solution-focused approaches to help clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. My goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms, but to help you feel more grounded, more confident in yourself, and more connected to the life you want to live.
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can set down what you've been carrying, explore what matters most to you, and build tools that support you long after sessions end. I look forward to helping you come back to yourself.
