We offer group sessions for adult women and pre-teens/teens.
Groups run eight weeks, and it's open admission so you can start your group anytime!
For Adults
(Virtual group)
Change Thoughts & Change Habits: Navigating Anxiety & Depression
Change Thoughts & Change Habits is for young adult women to learn how to identify personal triggers, how to change thoughts and habits, and learn healthy coping skills for dealing with anxiety and depression.
The program focuses on:

Similarities and differences between anxiety and depression

Understanding thought processes

Learning how habits are made and changed

Triggers for anxiety and depression
Envision Counseling will use psychoeducation and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions to provide virtual group therapy services to 6-8 women at a time.
This is a teletherapy group, so whether you're at home, at work, or on the go, you can join your group from anywhere!
Session times:
Young Adult (ages 18-24):
Tuesdays, Noon to 1 pm
Adult Women (25 and older):
Thursdays, Noon to 1 pm

The self pay rate is $50 per group session.
For Preteens and Teenagers
(In-person group)
Support Group
Ages 11-17
This in-person support group is designed just for preteens and teenagers and provides a supportive and safe space where they can interact with their peers. We discuss a wide range of issues related to: self-esteem, depression, anxiety, impulsive behaviors, school anxiety, stress management, social skills, and resolving conflict.
