I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of Social Work experience. I have worked extensively with diverse clients including, academics, geriatrics, mental health, HIV/AIDS, military personnel and their families, corrections, and substance misuse.
I have earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Master of Social Work, Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Social Work Planning and Administration and Social Science.
I provide solution-focused therapy to adults who are seeking assistance with addressing life’s challenges, such as stress, substance misuse, depression, grief and loss, situational anxiety, and women’s issues. I also focus on life’s transitions, like empty nest syndrome and retirement. I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach, so each approach will be tailored to the needs of the individual client. You and I will work together on your quest for self-improvement, healthier coping skills, and an emotionally healthier you.
