At Envision Counseling, our therapists are familiar and comfortable with court dynamics and understand that there are times when our clients require support and even testimony for court situations. We are practiced in the courtroom and willing to be engaged to provide testimony when appropriate for services our clients have participated in.
Court Testimony or Expert Witness
Approved VASAP Provider
Envision Counseling has three official Virginia Alcohol Safety Action Program (VASAP) provider locations. These programs provide probationary oversight to offenders who have been referred from a court, typically for a conviction of driving under the influence (DUI).
Our therapists who see VASAP clients are certified by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and offer same week assessments. We are here to support you through this process and provide services to help you accomplish ASAP requirements.
